Andrew began his career within Human Resources at Arthur Andersen, where he began to develop his understanding of professional services and strategic human capital. After six years, he transitioned his career into executive search, working at first for a European boutique during the dot com boom and latterly Heidrick & Struggles across the UK & Europe. In 2003 Andrew founded eg.1.
Andrew’s interests include sport, fitness, motorsports and cars.

As the CEO of eg.1 Andrew leads a number of global client relationships across professional services and digital, placing senior leaders, teams and facilitating company acquisitions.
