Global end to end Resourcing and HR Technology specialist!

Employers and clients would describe me as the go to person to translate the talent attraction, management and development needs of HR and the business into the optimum resourcing and end to end technology suite, including; career site, digital traffic attraction, social media, recruiting technology and core HR technology, in which the latter includes screening and vetting, performance, development, reward, succession, employee lifecycle management and payroll.

Six years as Group Head of Resourcing and HR Systems for G4S, the world’s second largest private employer with 635,000 employees across 1,000 business units in 130+ countries, responsible for global strategy and delivery for attracting and recruiting in excess of 220,000 people per year, and consolidating in excess of 2,400 named HR systems to consistently engage and manage the global workforce.

After G4S, delivered global and innovative careers digital ecosystem and resourcing transformation projects for AXA, Whitbread and Inmarsat.

I am relied upon by global complex businesses to lead and manage the re-engineering, transformation and change of their career site, digital and social attraction, recruiting and core HR technology ecosystems, and associated strategies, solutions, processes and supply chains, blending strategy, innovation and pragmatism to deliver critical projects.

I’m a specialist in executive, management and operational level engagement, and solving critical challenges by stimulating, educating and directing sizeable global teams and vendors, resulting in simplified, aligned, adopted and sustainable outcomes.

I am also a diversity champion with considerable experience supporting clients to develop authentic mental wellbeing strategies and surface problematic workforce stress via an innovative psychoanalytical diagnostic that accurately identifies hidden stress within the workforce presented as a heat map through a digital dashboard.
